All applicants listed below by last name and first initial need to arrive at the testing facility by 9:00 AM dressed in the appropriate attire for the physical agility test. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A STATE ISSUED PHOTE ID OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TEST. A written test will be administered immediately after the physical agility test. Please bring two number two pencils.
